There is a world out there of men in the practice of their life who seek connection, to be heard without judgement. In our practice as Integrative practitioners we have known many men who have straddled the fence of masculinity and the questions to reconnecting with their kind-hearted spirited selves, yet fear of retribution for not being a “Man.”
In three decades of practice I have learned that caring for others is not all analysis of ROM, MMT, Reps and Sets and how much pain a man can endure when you gravitate an elbow into the glutes.
The energetic body holds the confluence and connection, the doorways to our soulful manner in which to heal and maintain loving and joyful expression in life where the heart may be unburdened.
