Here is one from the archive born of the push into telemedicine while I was at Kaiser Permanente Northern CA, back in the Summer of 2020 during this global health crisis. I made this video for a patient of mine with chronic lumbar pain, B/L Hip strains and Sciatica and Piriformis syndrome ( wow that is a lot isn’t it). This does not add any specific Hip rotator lesson targeting the piriformis and its accomplices though you know what those poses/stretches are in your own practice.

Interestlingly enough, I never placed my hands on them.

This was a moment of engaging and refining our skill sets to magnetize them to a new environment. Genuine listening, and reaching into novel ways to connect and support others.
