Microplastics Everywhere
On Brain, Testes, and all the organ systems in the human body. Get your quality Water filtration device Now!! I mean it!
Here is another piece of research demonstrating microplastics (MP) in the form of polyamide microplastics, polypropolene and nylon in your brain. In this case the olfactory bulbs which sits in the cribiform plate above your nose. Our smell sensor if you will.
Last year news came out about MP’s found in our semen and sperm samples from our testis. Ours, meaning the men of this world.
Some ask for more studies. That is just fine by me.
However, it has been clear for many decades the seriousness of how toxic our world is to plastics especially PFOAS ( forever synthetically based chemicals that cause disease).
Change Now to: Stainless steel, glass, rubber items

My first tenet in Optimal Health: Get a water filtration device that allows one to Drink and Bathe in Clean, structured, coherent water, that filters out these MP’s, PFOAS and neutralizes Fluoride.
Today, I stopped at Natural Grocers in Boulder Colorado to fill my 5 gal glass water bottle I carry with my on my travels. The Air BnB I am staying at does not have a filtration device. Boulder and that of the other townships in Colorado TAP water has a very strong Bleach/chlorine smell that is related to the Haloacetic Acids which are carcinogenic Folks.
While Colorado boast the best TAP water in the country these haloacetic acids are at 292 and 509 times the safe limit. This is why the chlorine- bleach smell right out of the TAP.
Note Chromium at 8.5 x’s this guidelines limit ( which is the subject of the Erin Brokovich movie about skyrocketing cancers in a rural California town around Chromium 6.
Are you sold yet? Water, along with filtration devices, have been discussed in previous posts. IT is an ABSOLUTE necessity today to be uber clean of these harmful contaminants. Otherwise we will never be fully optimal in our health and maintaining metabolic flexibility.
Keep our Internal human river ways pristine!!
