Who Are We?
we are Three coaches in physical therapy, Terry, Ed, and Kristen, with a combined eighty plus years of experience. We worked side by side at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, and have shared our unique approaches to rehabilitative care.
We integrate various practices, in part from our educational trainings at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA, including Relational Gestalt Practice, Cortical Field Re-education, Therapeutic Deep Bodywork, and Trauma education. We also bring in our experiences in Traditional Chinese Medicine and cosmology, and Osteopathic manipulative medicine/craniosacral therapy.
A core tenet is authentic listening to patients' medical narratives to promote clarity and healing. We are introducing the "Love Seat," similar to Gestalt's "Hot Seat," as a tool for deeper self-exploration.
We encourage interested individuals to take the enneagram personality type indicator inventory test and engage with us for further insight, suggesting potential future conversations.
