Hmm remember learning this mirroring technique for stroke rehab.

I am not sure with this patient- some proprioceptive training? Treating chronic pain/CRPS?

Graded Motor Imagery and mirroring with the healthy extremity, as the affected side, moving in normal fashion and without discomfort. She was an ankle foot CRPS. Worked for sometime with her and she did eventually make significant gains and the swelling and trophic skin changes improved.
